Who is RentalThread for?
Anyone involved in a rental property: owners, property managers, real estate agents, tenants and maintenance professionals. Each person sees the work that concerns them.
When can I start using it?
We're building RentalThread now. Join the waitlist and we'll email you when early access opens.
Can I manage several properties?
Yes. You can keep every property and unit in one account, each with its own rent, expenses, documents and maintenance.
Can I invite the people I work with?
Yes. Invite the owners, managers, agents, tenants and pros you work with, and each of them follows the same thread from their side.
What is the first wave?
We'll open early access in waves. The number of spots in the first wave is 500. They go to the first people in line who confirmed their email, and each confirmed friend you invite moves you up.
Pricing and AI credits
How does pricing work?
RentalThread is a subscription you can pay monthly or yearly. Each plan includes AI credits every month, and you can buy more if you need them.
What are AI credits?
AI credits measure AI usage, like turning photos into a request or reading a document. Your plan includes a monthly amount.
Can I earn AI credits by inviting people?
Yes. After you confirm your email you get a personal invite link. When the number of people you invited who confirm their email reaches 3, you get 300 AI credits at launch, and each confirmed friend also moves you up the waitlist. People who join through an invite get 100 AI credits. The terms of service have the full rules.
AI and languages
Is the AI always right?
No. AI makes mistakes, so RentalThread labels everything it creates, and you review and edit it before saving or sending.
Which languages can I use?
RentalThread will be available in English, Spanish and Portuguese, with more languages to come.
